Why No?

HOME    THE PROPOSAL    WHY NO?    OUR MISSION    WHO WE ARE

Reasons why we think the rezoning should not happen.

1. Quality Of Life issues. This nearly 50 acre property in our backyard when fully built out would become 4 story apartment apartment buildings and hundreds of rental houses packed into this property. There would be a great increase of 400-700 day trips of additional cars and trucks to and from this development.

Imagine all of this additional new traffic on Sheridan Ln., Tonopah Dr., Papago Dr., and Supertition Drive!

Will a traffic light be required at Superstition and Navajo??

2. Property Value Issues. In our opinion this development will destroy our open country atmosphere in our neighborhood. We feel that this will have a negative impact on our property values. This especially applies to people residing on the south-eastern end of Superstition Drive.

This is what the 50 acre parcel looks like from the sky.
